A spinoff of the relationship webcomic Joyce and Walky, it’s about a bunch of kids going to college, a co-ed dorm, and relationshipy stuff, love, friends, etc. They have a developing overall storyline, but it’s basically a joke a day comic, it doesn’t get so heavy into the story that it stops being funny. Dumbing of Age has a cute art style, sort of a simplified Scott Pilgrim kind of thing.
The simply titled Dinosaur Comics is a clip art comic, so no art really, but a whole lot of text. Dinosaur Comics is the kind of comic you read when someone links you to it, not on a regular basis, and browsing the archives can be a chore, but it’s good stuff in the right doses.
Supermassive Black Hole A* is a webcomic that follows a thin storyline, but is primarily focused on it’s striking black and white art. Hard kick ass chick in space sums up what I’ve gathered of the storyline.
Totally worth checking out, the site is slick too, so you can quickly move through the comics which basically amount to panels from a larger graphic novel.
A lighthearted sexy fun comic centered around the relatable geek Gary, and his beautiful roomates. Focusing heavily on the sex lives of the comics many characters, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual there’s a little something for everybody, but mostly there’s a whole lot for fans of wonderfully drawn women.
With it’s classic comic style in black and white Menage a 3 is a joy just to look at, beautiful expressive faces, with most every panel oozing a happy sexuality, it’s a bonus that it’s well written with likeable characters and legitimately funny short story arcs that allow you to jump in nearly anywhere.
